Gangs of Asia has officially locked in its release date, giving players a clearer look at when this unusual blend of genres will arrive. The upcoming title, developed by Moonpunch and published by MicroProse Software, is set to launch into Early Access on 5 May 2026 via Steam, positioning itself as one of the more distinctive indie releases on the near horizon.

At first glance, Gangs of Asia stands out because it refuses to sit neatly within a single genre. Instead, it combines real-time strategy mechanics with skill-based, one-on-one fighting gameplay inspired by classic martial arts titles.
